Zum ice cream was born out of a love for perfect ice cream. We traveled to the birthplace of ice cream in Italy and absorbed all the knowledge of ice cream making to bring it back to Zum’s kitchen. There is nothing unnecessary in our ice cream. We don’t use pre-made mixes or emulsifiers, and we don’t compromise on flavor with excessive sugar. We use genuine and the best possible ingredients.
To make Zum ice cream accessible to as many people as possible, we make it with lactose-free milk and without eggs. Our ice creams are gluten-free. We also make delicious vegan ice creams and sorbets. For a more adult palate, we offer alcoholic ice creams as well. The selection varies depending on the season.
