We traveled to the birthplace of ice cream in Italy and absorbed all the knowledge of ice cream making to bring it back to Zum&#8217;s kitchen. There is nothing unnecessary in our ice cream. We don&#8217;t use pre-made mixes or emulsifiers, and we don&#8217;t compromise on flavor with excessive sugar. We use genuine and the best possible ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>To make Zum ice cream accessible to as many people as possible, we make it with lactose-free milk and without eggs. Our ice creams are gluten-free. We also make delicious vegan ice creams and sorbets. For a more adult palate, we offer alcoholic ice creams as well.
