ZUM winter MENU

In addition to our winter menu (below) we offer an all-day breakfast as well as a lunch menu from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.

HAMBURGERS

The rolls are homemade organic pambazos baked with sourdough. All our hamburgers are also available gluten-free. The sauces can be swapped according to taste.
 

Dry Aged Burger: Dry Aged Black Angus minced meat steak (230g), Bergamot salsa, cheddar, fried padron chili, French fries (L) 22 €

Mexican Lady Burger (open burger): Black Angus minced meat steak, jalapeño ­cheddar, carrot salsa, Mediterranean salad (L) 19 € Also available with grilled chicken breast.

Gent’s Burger: Black Angus minced meat steak, ­cheddar, carrot salsa, French fries, salad (L) 19 € Also available with grilled chicken breast.

Muhammara Burger: Herb & corn steak, aubergine, vegan cheddar, muhammara salsa, French fries, salad (L, vegan, contains walnuts) 19 €

STARTERS, SALADS AND SOUPS

The meals include a selection of homemade organic bread and high quality olive oils as well as churned butter and sea salt. The breads are baked with different sourdoughs, some also include a small amount of yeast. Our ­sourdoughs are Italian biga, French poolish and a traditional German sourdough, Anstellgut.
