ZUM SPRING MENU

In addition to our spring menu (below) we offer an all-day breakfast as well as a lunch menu from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. After midsummer we will change our menu.

You can make a reservation here. During the busiest summer season from midsummer to mid-August we will not take any reservations. There are, however, plenty of seats and the rotation is swift. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our restaurant!

MENU

HAMBURGERS

The rolls are homemade organic pambazos baked with sourdough. All our hamburgers are also available gluten-free. The sauces can be swapped according to taste.
 

Lady Burger (open burger): Black Angus minced meat steak (200 g), ­cheddar, carrot salsa, Mediterranean salad (L) 19 €

STARTERS, SALADS AND SOUPS

The meals include a selection of homemade organic bread and high quality olive oils as well as churned butter and sea salt. The breads are baked with different sourdoughs, some also include a small amount of yeast. Our ­sourdoughs are Italian biga, French poolish and a traditional German sourdough, Anstellgut.
